Our son Cédric attended the "Ecole
hôtelière de Troyes/Ste-Savine".
When he finished school he worked in the very best Restaurant
in the region serving under the direction of the finest Chef
"Marc Meneau".
Later he served as an apprentice de patisserie.
Cédric served in the Army working at the Ministry
of Defence at the tour Maubourg Paris serving
as the Chef to the Ministers PERBEN
et ZUCHARELLI.

Returning to the family Restaurant he continues to work with
his mother.
Creating his own style of cooking.
Today Cedric has built up a large client base and his
reputation is recognised throughout the region. |
